Hey there!  My name is Edwina and I have an affinity for all things natural.  From plant-based skin care, to reducing the amount of toxins we allow into our homes, to natural stress relief…I enjoy dishing about the benefits of adapting healthier habits that put less of a strain on our bodies and minds.
